Her preferred mediums are watercolors and acrylics. Riding with Researchers
JANUARY 9 & 23 - Addison County is known as a hotspot in Vermont for wintering raptors. Red-tailed Hawks, Rough-legged Hawks, and Northern Harriers are all often observed and some years even yield Snowy Owl sightings. Learn about raptor ecology, behavior, and field identification from VINS staff and get a firsthand glimpse at the equipment and process used to humanely trap and band raptors.

Riding with Researchers
Riding with Researchers
JANUARY 9 & 23 - Addison County is known as a hotspot in Vermont for wintering raptors. Red-tailed Hawks, Rough-legged Hawks, and Northern Harriers are all often observed and some years even yield Snowy Owl sightings. Learn about raptor ecology, behavior, and field identification from VINS staff and get a firsthand glimpse at the equipment and process used to humanely trap and band raptors.

Artist Exhibition – Sandra Grant
FEBRUARY 1 - APRIL 30 - A lifelong fiber artist, Sandra brings color, texture, and innovation to her rug hooking creations, often inspired by birds. Her award-winning work has been featured in Rug Hooking Magazine, the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen shows, and the Green Mountain Rug Hooking Guild (GMRHG) exhibit, where she also serves as Education Chair.
