Songbird Aviary
WHERE
Main Campus
Songbirds bring joy to our woods and fields with their morning chorus and vibrant colors. They also play a vital role in our shared ecosystem by dispersing seeds, pollinating plants and consuming copious amounts of insects.
This walk-through, 2,160 square-foot exhibit provides a more extensive space for our non-releasable songbird residents.
Come enjoy an intimate experience as you watch birds move about in this naturally landscaped exhibit.
The Vermont Institute of Natural Science welcomes visitors and their trained service animals. Due to the lack of physical barriers between Aviary birds and guests, Service Animals are not permitted inside the Songbird Aviary.
