Math is not something that exists in the vacuum of academics; math is all around us and is utilized by scientists to build an understanding of the natural world. Come to VINS to learn about symmetry and patterns found in nature. Challenge your engineering (and communication) skills by building a shelter. Take time to explore nature and play games outside with a mathematical mindset.
Registration Deadline Friday, April 1.
*Note that this class is longer than previous Homeschool Days at VINS. We will “make a day of it” (or at least a morning). Make sure to bring lunch.
**Parent/Guardian presence is required during all programs.
