US Fish and Wildlife Junior Duck Stamp Contest Judging

2019 Contest Winner, Nicole Jeon, 16, Harlequin duck.

March 25 | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Each year, students in kindergarten through grade twelve compete in a free wildlife art contest. The object of the contest is for students to show what they have learned about waterfowl and wetland conservation by drawing or painting a native North American duck, goose or swan. The national best of show artwork provides the design for the Junior Duck Stamp, which the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service sells for $5.

VINS is offering discounted admission to participating students and their families on the day of the contest judging here at VINS! Simply submit your artwork by March 15 and join us for a day of art, exploration, and education!
