OCT 20 to NOV 11 - With a goal to raise $20,000, these funds will support VINS’ environmental education, research and wildlife rehabilitation program, as well as the thousands of children, families, educators, adult learners and avian patients who benefit from them each year.
Artist Exhibition – Amy Hook-Therrien
AUGUST 1 - OCTOBER 31 - Amy Hook-Therrien formed deep connections with the forests while growing up in Vermont. She has been featured in multiple publications as well as gaining representation in galleries throughout the state. She practices landscape painting in watercolor, where she attempts to portray the tranquility and fragility found in nature.
Halloween at VINS
OCTOBER 28 - Join us for a full day of Halloween fun. A campus decorated with jack-o-lanterns and activities all day will be sure to delight guests of all ages. Costumes encouraged!

Frankfurters for Lunch
OCTOBER 28 - Frankfurters Family Catering will be on campus serving hot dogs (vegan option) with fresh homemade condiments and fresh squeezed lemonade starting at 11:30 AM. Cash and Venmo available for payment.
Songbird Aviary Tour
Spend some time in our newest exhibit – the Songbird Aviary! Our docents will familiarize you with this special group of birds and point out the ways you can make a great habitat for these important creatures in your own backyard.

OCTOBER 28 - Hoots & Howls is a family friendly event - designed to be educational, nature-based, non-frightening, and fun! Together we will conduct science experiments, rediscover the magic of storytelling, and get up close to snakes, owls, skulls and bones.
