Yoga Walk

JULY 17 - Experience the VINS Nature Center through the lens of yoga with Miss Amanda. During this meditative event, participants will stroll mindfully through the grounds, pausing to do simple yoga poses in the woods, by the water, and on the Forest Canopy Walk. Most of this workshop will be spent in silence. Enjoy being quiet and present among the sounds of morning birds as you experience the Nature Center before the grounds are open to the public.
