DESCRIPTION:VINS on Target: Introduction to Archery\nSaturday\, September 27 (Rain date: Saturday\, October 4)\n1 – 4:30 PM\nGeneral Public: $38\, VINS Members: $35 \nRegister Today \nBring your family to VINS for a fall afternoon on the archery range! \nLearn to safely use a bow and arrow and get your family enjoying this outdoor hobby all together. Our USA Archery-certified instructor will introduce range rules and safety\, and familiarize archers with proper shooting form with our recurve bows. This program will focus on getting archers of all ages hitting the target and incorporate archery-themed games throughout the session. \nThis program is designed for beginner archers\, ages 8 and up. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Supervising adults do not need to register for this program unless they also plan to participate in the workshop. \nVINS will provide all necessary archery equipment for this program. \nRain Date: Weather can be unpredictable. If rainy weather forces us to postpone this event\, VINS will notify participants to confirm attendance for the rain date. \nSpend a full day at VINS: Purchase discounted admission to the VINS Nature Center for $5.
