Through play and hands-on learning, Wee Wonders engages toddlers in science and the natural world, nurturing a sense of wonder and discovery.


Activities, guided play, and natural materials help toddlers experience nature and science and develop critical skills.


Big, beautiful, and realistic plush hand puppets bring the topic to life and help to launch the toddlers on their fun-filled adventures

Program Package

Teachers receive a list of topics from which to choose a lesson that aligns with their curriculum. The VINS Educator then meets with the classroom teachers to review the program goals and explore ways to integrate Wee Wonders into their curriculum.

Lessons are designed to foster a variety of developmentally appropriate skills for young children.

Wee Wonders Program includes:

An engaging puppet, song, poem, movement and nature exploration.

Activities, guided play and natural materials.

Lessons typically last 20-30 minutes and end with a closing song.

Science and Nature Discoveries for Toddlers

Each VINS Science Educator has a Master of Education degree, is a Highly Qualified Teacher, and holds a teaching license in Vermont and New Hampshire.
