VINS Dedications Program
Remember. Memorialize. Pay Tribute.
Your tribute gift will provide important financial support to the Vermont Institute of Natural Science so that we can continue our mission of motivating individuals and communities to care for the environment.
VINS can help you remember, dedicate, celebrate, and commemorate with a personalized dedication placed on a VINS Bench located at the VINS Nature Center. A plaque inscribed with the dedication will be placed on the lower center of the bench back.
- $5,000 10-year dedication
- $7,500 15-year dedication
- $10,000 in-perpetuity
The VINS Bench was designed by furniture maker Charles Shackleton and have been custom-made for us by ShackletonThomas in Bridgewater, Vermont.
Your contribution supports our many environmental education programs directed towards the adults and children that visit the VINS Nature Center each day.

VINS Bird Enclosures are available for a dedication of your choice. A panel with your name and dedication will be placed along with the exhibit education sign.

BIRD ENCLOSURE
The Hawkfly at VINS is where most of our daily bird programs take place. Almost every single visitor to the Nature Center watches our programs. Each of the benches our visitors sit on during these programs is available for a dedication of your choice. A panel with your dedication will be placed on the back of each bench.
- $2,500 10-year dedication
Your dedication will be maintained for 10 years, at which time you will be contacted to renew. The proceeds from your dedication donation will go directly towards our education programs.

HAWKFLY BENCH
VINS has many beautiful trees planted around campus, and they can be dedicated with a plaque with your dedication alongside them.
- $3,000 10-year dedication
Your dedication will be maintained for 10 years, at which time you will be contacted to renew. The proceeds from your dedication donation will go directly towards the upkeep of our Nature Center. Arrangements can be made to plant additional trees in a mutually agreeable place on campus for your dedication.
