Corey loves educating and connecting people with the world around them. He grew up in the hills and woods of Eastern Ohio, and graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Medical Technology, but fell in love with teaching preschool and spent 8 years as an Early Childhood Educator. He was an Instructor and Program Lead with Arts & Scraps, a sustainability and creativity-focused non-profit in Detroit, MI, where he taught STEM concepts through hands-on creative activities. Corey joined VINS in October 2025. He loves spending time in nature, storytelling, and playing and listening to music. Corey lives in Quechee, VT with his partner and two children.
