SEPTEMBER 1 - 30 - VINS Members, up to four people, get reciprocal membership to Squam Lakes Natural Science Center! That means membership access to two centers for the price of one! Enjoy exploring the open meadows, mature forests, marsh boardwalks, natural exhibits featuring native wildlife including river otters and mountain lions and much more at Squam Lakes.

Coffee on the Canopy: Celebrate the Fall Equinox
SEPTEMBER 24 - Greet the day high among the treetops on the VINS Canopy Walk at this free, adults-only cultivation series. Before our opening hours, sip coffee and savor fresh pastries as the morning sun lights up the Ottauquechee River and the first colors of autumn. Enjoy conversation with our Executive Director and staff in a peaceful forest setting. Can’t make it this time around? Our next Coffee on the Canopy event will be on Tuesday, October 21.

VINS on Target: Introduction to Archery
SEPTEMBER 27 - Learn to safely use a bow and arrow and get your family enjoying this outdoor hobby all together. Our USA Archery-certified instructor will introduce range rules and safety, and familiarize archers with proper shooting form with our recurve bows. This program will focus on getting archers of all ages hitting the target and incorporate archery-themed games throughout the session.
