With degrees from the University of Michigan in Education and Social Work, Judith worked as a high school teacher at a Quaker farm school in New Hampshire, a bookseller and a hospice social worker in Pennsylvania, and a hospice chaplain in California, where she also spent many years living and working in spiritual communities. She now lives in White River Junction, VT, where she enjoys birding, hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing and practices meditation and qigong. She joyfully joined VINS in Visitor Services in 2021.
