Early Registration for Summer Camp

January 14, 2026, at 6:30 AM*: Registration opens to VINS Members

*Registration will be open to VINS Members from 6:30 AM to midnight on January 14. Registration will then close and reopen to all on January 21.

Deadlines & Restrictions

Memberships must be purchased or renewed by January 12, 2026, to get early access to registration. Become a member or renew today.

Memberships are linked to specific households. You may not use a membership belonging to a family member who lives in a different household to access early registration.

Offer Details

VINS Members can sign up for 2 camp sessions per child during early registration. If you want to register your child(ren) for additional sessions, that can be done when registration opens to all.
During early registration, only a limited number of camp spots will be released. The remaining camp spots will be available when registration opens to everyone. VINS Members who do not get a spot in a camp session during early registration should try again when registration opens to all.
Waitlists will not be available during early registration.
Early access to registration does not guarantee a spot in camp.
Our camps sell out quickly. To speed up your registration process, we recommend that new camp families set up an account in our registration portal ahead of time. Email us at camps@vinsweb.org so we can send you an account activation link. Please allow one business day for a response. Note: New users will be able to create an account once registration opens.

How it Works

Current VINS Members will be emailed an exclusive link for early registration.

We must have your up to date email address on file in our membership system for you to recieve this email.
You must be subscribed to VINS email communications to receive this email. If you have unsubscribed from our email list, you will not receive ecommunications from VINS. Please reach out to us if you want to make sure you are on our contact list.
Please do not share this link with anyone outside your household.
