Quechee, VT – In celebration of VINS 50 Year anniversary we are pleased to announce artist, Jennifer MaHarry will be exhibiting her photography from September through November in the Neale Pavilion.
About the Artist
Fine art photographer Jennifer MaHarry channels her love of wildlife into images that capture the spirit of each subject. In her words, “I try to show wild animals as individuals with nuanced personalities and emotions. The more people empathize with these creatures, the more they’ll be inspired to protect them.”
Since leaving Los Angeles and a 30-year career of designing posters for the film industry, Jennifer now lives in Woodstock, NY with her husband, son, two cats and a Jack Russell. Her experience with graphic design has informed a unique and graphic approach to her images.
Jennifer’s work has appeared in major newspapers, magazines, museums, art galleries and international art fairs with notable celebrities collecting her work.
Photographs are printed on archival papers — either 100% natural handmade or cotton rag, using archival inks, framed in solid wood frames. Works are signed by the artist and embossed with her stamp.
