Virtual Lessons: PreK- Grade 5
Virtual Lessons
PreK - Grade 5
Virtual lessons are held in real-time with one class per session for a personal experience.
Virtual lessons can connect students to experience and discover science lessons from any location.
Virtual lessons create opportunities for teachers to continue the investigations after their virtual lesson and share with their students’ families.
Virtual Experience:
Teachers choose their topic and receive a virtual classroom including pre- and post- virtual lesson materials that aligns with their curriculum. The immersive virtual classroom will guide students through read-alouds, experiments and other asynchronous activities that will excite learners of all ages.
Lessons are typically 20-30 minutes long for PreK, K and Grade 1 and 30-45 minutes long for Grades 2 through 5.
Program Fee: $200 per lesson. Scholarships are available. Please email Hannah, Senior Director of Education if you need financial assistance.
Virtual Lesson Experience includes:
Either an interactive puppet show, poem, demonstration or introduction activity related to the topic.
An engaging activity or engineering task for students, including interactive discussion and Q&A with students in real-time.
A personalized lesson link and invitation for the class and parents to join in on the fun.
Tour of the virtual classroom and exclusive access to activities and materials.
